Where Design Meets Visualisation

About me and my visuals

My name is Tsveta, and I am a Scotland-based architectural visualization artist with a background in interior design within a leading international architectural practice.

I create photorealistic architectural visualizations that help architects communicate their designs clearly and effectively, whether for client presentations, planning applications, marketing materials, or design development.

Having worked within the design industry myself, I understand the importance of accurately conveying design intent, materials, atmosphere, and spatial quality through imagery.

My process

What I need to start

01

Project Information and brief

Every successful visualization starts with a clear understanding of the project.

To begin, I gather all relevant information, including:

  • Architectural drawings (DWG, PDF, CAD files)

  • Floor plans, elevations, and sections

  • Material specifications and colour schemes

  • Mood boards and design references

  • Furniture schedules and product references

  • Client inspiration images

  • Existing site or interior photographs

  • Landscape plans (if applicable)

  • Any specific requirements regarding views, lighting, or atmosphere, references example

This information helps ensure that the visualizations accurately reflect the design intent and project goals from the outset.

02

3D Modelling & Scene Development

Using the project information provided, I create an accurate 3D representation of the design using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer. Every element is carefully developed to reflect the architect's vision, from architectural details and materials to lighting and composition.

To achieve a high level of realism, I use premium-quality 3D assets, real-world furniture models, and carefully selected textures that closely match the specified materials and finishes. Particular attention is given to lighting, material accuracy, and atmosphere, ensuring the visualizations feel authentic and true to the intended design.

03

Review and Feedback

Once the 3D scene has been developed, I prepare draft visualizations . These preliminary images are intended for review and presentation, allowing the client to assess the composition, materials, lighting, and overall design representation.

Feedback is gathered at this stage to ensure the visualizations align with the project vision and requirements. Any requested adjustments are then incorporated before moving to the final production phase.

04

Final Visualisation

Following the review process, the approved changes are implemented and the final high-resolution renderings are produced. Particular attention is given to lighting, materials, atmosphere, and post-production to achieve a polished, photorealistic result.

The final images are delivered in the agreed format, ready for presentations, marketing materials, planning applications, or client approvals.
